We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. This is a great position for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment where they can maximize their earning potential. If this sounds like a job you’ll love, apply now!Compensation:$45,000 - $68,500 yearlyResponsibilities:Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to introduce our services, build relationships, and close salesCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer baseUtilize our CRM system to track interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure accurate record-keepingParticipate in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and celebrate successesStay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the teamAssist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations that highlight our unique value propositionRespond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and fostering trust and loyaltyQualifications:Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
