Sales Manager – Saks Fifth Avenue We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales experience in a Saks Fifth Avenue store. The role focuses on driving sales, developing client relationships, and managing a high‑performing sales team. Responsibilities Recruit, onboard and develop new store associates. Coach and mentor the selling force, promoting accountability and a culture of excellence. Plan and execute clienteling initiatives, including client events and targeted marketing activities. Manage performance coaching, provide feedback, and calibrate productivity fairly. Drive client acquisition and retention through personalized service and use of clienteling tools. Analyze client data to identify opportunities to increase wallet share and repeat business. Create and maintain a respectful, collaborative workplace and resolve conflicts promptly. Coordinate scheduling and prioritize daily tasks in alignment with promotions and business needs. Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience. Lead initiatives that support business growth, audit compliance, and operational excellence. Advocate for change initiatives and manage risk while maintaining high standards of service. Required Qualifications Relevant supervisory experience managing a sales and operations team. Proven track record of achieving sales and business results. Proficiency with clienteling tools, social media, and Google Workspace; advanced skills preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds. Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Luxury retail fashion experience. 4‑year degree. Continuous learning through training and career development. Deep understanding of the fashion industry and Saks business. Creativity, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments. High personal standards and a customer‑centric mindset.
