Primerica is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to join its Compliance Data Team. In this role, the candidate will create and maintain management reports using tools such as Access, SQL, and Excel, while serving as a key point of coordination between business units and IT teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that system enhancements are effectively designed, thoroughly documented, properly tested, and successfully implemented. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting issues and providing user training as needed. This is a hybrid position that requires working 2 days on-site at our Duluth, GA office and 3 days remotely each week. The company's good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for this position is $45k - $55k annually. Responsibilities Generate and analyze Life & Securities Surveillance reports covering agent activity, life insurance policies, mutual funds, annuities, and managed account transactions Identify and develop new reports or update existing ones based on evolving regulatory requirements and business needs Ensure data accuracy and validate the integrity of reports and underlying information Communicate key findings, trends, and issues to senior management identified during report analysis Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership as needed Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, regulatory updates, and areas of regulatory risk Protect the company's authority to do business by complying with legal and ethical standards, policies and procedures Publish organizational bulletins and manage content distribution. Responsible for processing and coordinating web publishing requests Administer system access by granting and revoking user permissions. Manage and maintain Level 88 administration tasks Handle and process BISO-related requests Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional departments on compliance initiatives and surveillance reporting Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide support to team members as needed Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure applications meet business and user requirements Develop and maintain documentation for procedures, report criteria, testing, and validation processes Qualifications 1 – 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst Foundational knowledge of SQL, database design, Microsoft Access, and Excel, including experience creating tables, queries, forms, and reports; familiarity with VBA is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Proven ability to collaborate effectively with programmers, coordinators, technical support teams, management, and third-party vendors Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, projects, and systems simultaneously Preferred Education, Experience, Certifications or Licenses, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Series 6, Series 26, and Series 65 licenses are a plus. Knowledge of Primerica sales force a plus Proficient in MS Office PowerBI experience is desired Our Benefits:
