Assist with patient intake, gathering clinical history and preparing patients for treatment. Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, specimen collection, and data entry into electronic medical records. Support care coordination by scheduling appointments and ensuring compliance with protocols. Manage administrative duties including patient documentation, charting, and verifying insurance information. Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including BLS certification and proper documentation. Qualifications:
Hold a valid state license as a Medical Assistant or CMA. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, oncology experience preferred. Possess current BLS certification from AHA. Show proficiency in Epic or similar electronic health record systems. Be available for day shifts, including variable hours and every other weekend. Be able to travel within 50 miles if required.
