Position Overview
The organization is seeking a Paralegal to support a broad range of client-facing work and internal execution.
This role combines documentation, coordination, process support, and cross-functional collaboration in a scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support active client-facing mattersAssist with documentation and workflow executionMaintain organized records and matter materialsHelp improve team efficiency and processesSupport high-quality client serviceCoordinate with internal team membersContribute to operational consistency
Qualifications
Strong professional experience, attention to detail, and judgment in a demanding environment required.
Experience supporting complex matters, documentation, or cross-functional work is highly relevant.
Work Environment & Travel
Remote structure expected initially, with regular presence in the greater Los Angeles area over time.
Compensation
Base salary: $90K-$110K.
