We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day administration within our headquarters. This person is the central hub of communication, scheduling, and facility operations. This role interacts with partners/vendors who primarily speak English, with many who prefer Hindi, so bilingual English/Hindi candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage office administrative tasks and documentationSupport communication flow between departments and locationsSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logisticsOrganize files, databases, and internal resourcesAssist with onboarding and basic HR coordinationMaintain inventory of office supplies and vendor relationshipsAssist with executive support and internal projects
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative, coordinator, or office management rolesLanguage: Must be fluent in English; Hindi bilingual candidates strongly preferredStrong interpersonal and multitasking skillsProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented and reliableCan work independently and in a team
