Your Impact: The Practice Leader (PL) is responsible for leading all operations of their office, including: leadership, serving your team, patient hospitality, financial performance, operational efficiencies, and healthcare compliance. We expect all Practice Leaders to commit to extreme ownership; a leadership philosophy predicated on the mentality that you are responsible for all successes and shortcomings within your domain. This requires radical humility, obsession with discipline and excellence, eagerness for professional growth, and dedication to developing your team. We'll trust you to:
Provide exceptional patient service through unreasonable hospitality, maintaining a culture that ensures every patient leaves our care with a "WOW" factor Produce and review weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), manage profit and loss, align your team to pursue office production goals Consult with patients on treatment coordination, with the standard of always doing what is in the best interest of the patient Instill and uphold all policies, procedures, and systems, including patient financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely collection of co-pays, co-insurance, and other fees Invest the time and energy in supporting the development of your team, including recruitment, onboarding and training, management, and retention Lead, and take ownership and responsibility of all operational and physical (facilities) aspects of your office
You'll need to have:
Minimum experience of two-years managing a dental team of direct reports High school diploma; college degree preferred (or 5+ years of dental office management) Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred) Commitment to excellence, leading with an extreme ownership mindset, and a focus on unreasonable hospitality Attention to detail, proactive and solutions-oriented approach Confidence in communicating (both verbal and written) effectively and with clarity, with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to lead and work across interdisciplinary teams Motivation to be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
