AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm NOC Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Full-Time openings on all shifts
Job description Edenbrook Omro is a skilled nursing facility located in Omro, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, reliable Full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on AM and PM shifts. Eden Senior Care founded in 2016 is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin Ohio. What You’ll Do
Provide quality nursing care to residents Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) Monitor and report changes in resident condition Respond to call lights promptly and courteously Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Support a safe and clean environment

Requirements
Certified/Registered Nursing Assistant in the state of Wisconsin Long-term care experience preferred
