Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including taking vital signs, bathing, feeding, dressing, transporting, and grooming patients. Transition to a Medical Surgical Technician role after completing advanced skills training, with duties such as drawing blood, managing Foley catheters, wound and skin care, and performing dressing changes. Maintain professionalism and demonstrate excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers, following Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled Qualifications:
Completion of a nursing assistant training program or at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting High School Diploma/Equivalent preferred, or completion of WIN Testing or an approved Transition to Work Program Benefits:
