Perform daily yard safety monitoring and equipment inspections. Ensure safe handling, storage, and loading of ESS containers. Manage DOT/OSHA compliance and maintain updated safety processes.
Lead safety orientations, monthly training, and toolbox meetings. Respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and recommend improvements. Oversee PPE usage and safety gear inventory. Conduct regular safety audits and maintain compliance records. Partner with operations, dispatch, and drivers to support safe workflows Qualifications:
2 years of experience in safety, Compliance, Logistics, or Yard operations required Knowledge of OSHA & DOT regulations. Strong communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable working outdoors in an unpaved yard environment. Professional working proficiency in both Korean and Spanish. The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills. Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)
