As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in person and by phoneProcess loan applications and paymentsAnswer questions about accounts and loan optionsWork with customers to find solutions if they become past dueMaintain accurate customer recordsWork with your team to meet branch goals

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.
