Job Description
Serve as the on-site PM for the new Charlotte Animal Control Facility (1-2 year project duration)Support a second upcoming medical facility project in CharlotteManage all project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordinationOversee ground-up and site-work scopes for $20M+ civic/municipal buildsWork closely with Project Executive (acting as SPM), based out of Atlanta, and the local field teamTransition to additional Carolinas projects as the regional market expands

The Successful Applicant
2-3 years' experience as a Project ManagerGround-up and site-work experience requiredBackground managing $20M+ projectsLight industrial experience preferredAbility to function as the sole PM on site while coordinating with a remote SPM
