JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Spartina 449 Sales Associate will be required to perform store operational tasks as needed. Employees are required to have prior retail experience, be able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and have a flexible work schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Be an ambassador for Spartina 449 at all timesMerchandising and Retail Operating StandardsMust exhibit exceptional customer service at all timesUtilize effective interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers, understand their needs and wantsEmbraces Spartina 449's core culturesResponds resourcefully to customer requests and concernsProcesses accurate and efficient sale and return transactionsUnderstands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present options to our customerCreates an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat and clean storePerform front end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and reserve online pick up in store with no impact to the customer experienceAdheres to all company policies procedures & safety standardsAble to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilitiesPerforms other related duties as assigned
