Responsibilities
Ensure positive customer experience, making Hertz #1 in car rental company experienceReach individual sales goals and customer service goalsGrow sales utilizing business-to-business sales tacticsSupport branch's business plan by assisting managementUphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customersClean and service facilities to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience preferredStrong communication and multitasking skillsAbility to drive multiple types of vehiclesAbility to read and understand driving directions and mapsProficiency in EnglishValid driver's license in good standingHigh school diploma required
