Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with clients, managing communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience. As a key point of contact, you will represent Beloform Craft with clarity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalismMaintain clear and consistent communication to ensure client satisfactionCoordinate internally to support client needs and service deliveryAssist with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up communicationsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsSupport day-to-day client service operations and administrative tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor with a client-focused approachAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentProficiency in basic computer and office tools
