Accept inbound customer calls and provide repair service by issuing work-orders to contractors for covered home warranty itemsAssist customers by answering home warranty questions and explaining coverageFollow-up with customers and contractors to ensure that service is performed in a timely manner, and with OneGuard's high standard of qualityResolve customer concerns in a professional and timely mannerLearn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and optionsRecognize and act on opportunities to recommend and sell additional warranty coverageAccurately and efficiently process new warranty orders
Skills/Requirements:
2+ years of customer service or related experienceMust be a relationship-builder with an ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment. Outstanding communication is requiredStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
