Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects in Denver with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are completing work according to project timelines Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codes Develop and maintain project schedules Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients and upper management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure OSHA certification is preferred
