Job Description
Serves as the steward of the jobsite, taking full ownership of multifamily projects from groundbreaking through turnoverActs as a long term partner to clients, focused on delivering exceptional buildings and repeat relationshipsManages daily field operations with an emphasis on safety, schedule adherence, and efficient coordinationLeads and collaborates with subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and teamworkBuilds strong, trust based relationships with owners, architects, and project teams through clear communicationMaintains a sharp focus on quality, constructability, and attention to detail at every phase of constructionProactively identifies and resolves issues to keep projects moving smoothly and avoid downstream impactsUpholds the highest standards of workmanship to ensure buildings perform well and age gracefullyApproaches each project as a reflection of shared values, pride, consistency, and commitment to excellence

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a superintendent on multifamily or mixed-use construction projectsDemonstrated ability to lead field operations from project start through successful turnoverStrong commitment to long term with clients and subcontractors
