Technical Analyst Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Analyze and troubleshoot item-related issues across ERP systems and integrated platforms (e.g., PDH, PLM). Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities during ERP upgrades or implementations. Participate in UAT, system testing, and production deployments related to item data changes. Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between authoring systems and transactional systems.
Required Qualifications:
No of yrs experience : 4+yrs Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with hands-on ERP experience. Strong understanding of ERP Item Master concepts, including attributes and categories. Experience with Oracle R12, SAP, or other ERP platforms. Familiarity with Product Data Hub (PDH), PLM, or MDM systems is a plus. Experience with Oracle SQL and PLSQL Strong expertise on the Excel and other Microsoft tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
