We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shift Leader to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment. Manager Food Handlers RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as ambassador for brand standards and company values. Knows and coaches to them at every opportunity. Execute Food Safety & Line Checks 100% on every shift and takes any corrective action required Perform Management Travel Paths and Pre-shift Meeting Checklists in accordance with Shift Checklists. Manage cash control and security procedures. Manage labor and food cost throughout shift Take appropriate actions to ensure the restaurant’s vision and associated targets are met shift by shift. Hold all Team Members and other management team accountable to the brand standards. Solve shift related problems, identify opportunities and communicate well to General Manager and Restaurant Managers about how restaurant can improve performance. Ensure a safe working and Guest experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Leader – ability to train, develop and hold team members accountable to brand standards. Manager – organized, detailed oriented, sets goals, and has a proven track record of delivering goals consistently. Can manage multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency. Continuous Improvement mindset – identify opportunities to improve team member performance System-oriented – uses systems and checklists to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively. Accountable – takes responsibility for mistakes, owns solutions as well as problems. Holds the team accountable. Tech Savvy – proficient in ops-based technology & BOH software (i.e. Restaurant 365) and Microsoft Office Self-starter – for both business and self-development. Avid learner Guest service mentality – has a genuine desire to serve others and create connections Communication – strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Math Ability – This position requires excellent business math skills Reasoning Ability – This position requires strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation. Supervisory Responsibilities – This position reports to the Restaurant Manager & General Manager and requires supervisor responsibilities of team members BENEFITS & PERKS:
