Job Description
Own and execute site-wide quality strategy across QA, QC, QMS, and supplier qualityLead and develop a multi-layered quality organization with direct reports across functionsEnsure compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirementsAct as the senior quality representative for customer, supplier, and regulatory auditsDrive CAPA, nonconformance management, change control, and risk managementPartner with site leadership to embed a right-first-time, continuous improvement culture

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Quality Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific disciplineProven experience as a site-level Quality Manager in regulated manufacturing5-10+ years of people management experienceStrong working knowledge of ISO 13485Background in medical device manufacturing (required)Experience in cleanroom or assembly-based manufacturing environments
