Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports our customers, dealers, and visitors. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love helping people, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful, accurate informationCheck and respond to voicemails dailyEnter warranty information into our system (Syspro)Maintain organized records and filesSend documents and communications via computer, email, or faxSupport general office operations, including basic accounting and clerical tasksPerform other duties as needed
Requirements
What You Bring
At least 1 year of customer service experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with administrative tools like Microsoft Word and ExcelDetail-oriented and organizedKnowledge of basic clerical procedures and customer service best practices
