Timeliness- Station ready to work at scheduled time and you are in proper uniformPace- Brisk and steady, organized, no unnecessary stepsRecipe Adherence -- 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with any other production stepPortioning -- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control testsCleanliness -- Maintain the kitchen and all of its equipment to a "like new" condition. Practice clean as you go!Productivity -- Your productivity is measured, not only by the quality of what you do, but by the quantity of work you complete in a specific time periodOrganization skills are a mustThink ahead -- Stock supplies before the rushTeamwork

Qualifications:
