We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.
This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly "sit and wait" job.
We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.
If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.
What This Job Looks Like
On-call schedule with nights and weekendsHigh call volume with consistent work availableFast response expectationsReal recovery work, not just basic towsIndependent work with dispatch support
Responsibilities
Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside serviceRespond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency callsOperate wreckers and recovery equipment safelyCommunicate clearly with dispatch and customersComplete jobs fully with proper documentation and photos
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Valid CDL-A licenseClean driving recordAbility to pass DOT drug screeningWilling to work nights, weekends, and on-callComfortable working in all weather conditionsMust be reliable and responsive when called
Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)
Heavy-duty towing or recovery experienceMechanical or diesel backgroundExperience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
Pay & Opportunity
$80K-$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)The more jobs you run, the more you makeNo cap on earningsConsistent demand and call volume
