Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-conditionRespond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)Perform on-call emergency service as requiredAssist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as neededAssist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Who and what skills are we looking for?
A minimum of 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turnsBasic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skillsEPA Universal is requiredEnergetic, responsible and organizedA true team-player mentality
