Description
Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and ensure proper documentation.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients for payment collection as needed.Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.Support the legal department with billing inquiries and provide detailed explanations when required.Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and implement best practices.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.
Profile
A successful Billing Coordinator should have:
Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes, particularly within the business services industry.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for financial and billing tasks.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.Ability to analyze data and generate accurate financial reports.Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance related to billing practices.
