Metcalf Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to join our construction team. Someone who will help expand on our core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.
The Project Manager II reports to the VP of Operations or Project Executive as directed. Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: performs project coordination duties; performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit; performs or supervises project activities; and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of all phases of construction.Knowledge of scheduling complex projects.Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.Ability to provide leadership for projects and company.Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.
Education & Experience
B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.A minimum of 5 years' in construction project management.
