Responsibilities
Leading and guiding the Project Team to achieve successful project completion by collaborating with TEi, its vendors, and its subcontractors.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.Compiling and presenting an accurate monthly budget reconciliation to the executive management team.Ensuring the organization remains aligned with the established baseline schedule.Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives.Delivering regular updates on progress and project status to TEi stakeholders as well as the client.Acting as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer.Overseeing the change order process to verify alterations in scope and enhance revenue generation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.5 + years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of successful project completion.3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.Industry experience with focus on Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.Proficiency with Word, Excel, and knowledge of Primavera Scheduling.

Compensation: $115,000 - $170,000 annually DOE
