Customer Care representatives are a critical part of the team at DriveSavers who help communicate with individuals who have experienced data loss, by walking them through the process in order to understand the complexities of recovering data from damaged devices. We’re looking for effective communicators with a passion for both written and verbal communication as well as individuals who are seeking job satisfaction knowing you’re helping people restore memories they thought may have been lost forever. Experience and Education
 2–4 years sales experience,  Associate/Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
