 Job Description: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field/equivalent work experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification A minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience, or working with a Project Management Office A minimum of four (4) years of experience managing projects in accordance with the Project Management Institute (PMI's) standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) A minimum of seven (7) years of working experience with IT; A minimum of three (3) years of IT strategy and planning experience; A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing application development projects Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and userstaff Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) Experience using the Scrum framework to manage at least one (1) project Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD)sessions Experience managing documentation in Microsoft (MS) SharePoint Experience with the Information Systems Development Methodologies (ISDM); and Experience with state government projects.
