Job Description
The Front Office Representative will serve as the first point of contact for guests, students, and staff members. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer serviceAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emailsMaintain an organized and professional front office environmentSchedule appointments, meetings, and office activitiesAssist with administrative and clerical tasks as neededManage office records, documents, and data entry tasksCoordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operationsSupport students, clients, and staff with general inquiries
