Requirements for Right Candidate:
Positive, Customer First, Can Do AttitudePassion and SKILL for details/organization/cleanliness/service Ready to learn and work as part of a small, but dedicated teamDedication to QUALITY Ability to work in all weather. The EVENT LOADING position is a fulltime year round all season positionExcellent Time Management Skills-work ahead and work independently Ability to learn a new process, follow detailed instructions/lists, and adhere to ALL company policiesCLEAN a large fleet of vans/trucks ORGANIZE a warehouse with high volume catering trafficRun a mop/broom and sanitize equipment-take personal PRIDE in keeping a CLEAN work space
Reliable Transportation and ability to be at work onsite as scheduled Good physical condition, ability to stand, bend, squat and regularly lift 50lbs of equipment and rentals into full size vansDriving Skills, must be able to back up trucks including box trucks with liftgates Saturday Availability, we are busiest on Saturdays and Sundays Flexible Early AM Availability by 5:00am daily when needed Two years progressive back of house experience-we check employment historyServe Safe CertificationThree References upon request after first interview
Nelson's Offers for Full Time Employees:
Full Time Schedule with two days off each week, will rotate depending upon scheduled events
