Responsible for stimulation program design and detailed completionProvisioning of day-to-day technical support during the execution phase of programsThe applicant should be prepared to work in a fast-paced work environment with an emphasis on timely delivery, cost consciousness, interactive work style and sound executionPreparation of cost estimatesMaterials and service specification and selectionProviding mentorship for junior Completions engineersOrganize and head multi-functional meetings to develop a fully encompassing completions design that maximizes the performance of the well in a cost efficient manner.Implementation and creation of best practicesThis position will primarily be based in the Houston office with the occasional requirement to travel to field locations for meetings and field support
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with 10 to 15 years of progressive industry experience with some time spent in the fieldA Professional Engineer within the province of Alberta, expectation will be that this application is completed by those currently not registeredFamiliarity with both conventional and unconventional completions and fracturing operations is requiredBackground in hydraulic fracturing operations is desirableExposure to directional drilling and casing is essential
