Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Business Analyst who serves as an experienced analyst responsible for independently leading requirements analysis for moderately complex initiatives and supporting larger efforts. This role facilitates stakeholder discussions, documents business needs and requirements, creates workflows and visual documentation, supports traceability, and works closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for delivery.
Requirements: 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development environment using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools required. 9 years of experience with strong understanding of Agile principles, backlog refinement, and user story lifecycle management required. 9 years of experience with excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills required. 9 years of experience with ability to create detailed documentation and visual artifacts to support development efforts required. 9 years of experience with proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart or other diagramming software required.
