RN Weekend Supervisor Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. Applicant must have unrestricted Registered Nurse license. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN Weekend Supervisor will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our residents. The RN Weekend will:
Oversee clinical operations of the unit and is responsible for staff Provide supervision of nurses and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians Provide QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed Provide care for our most clinically acute patients and residents.
Requirements:
Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse. Minimum one to three years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care. Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care. Nursing Management experience preferred.
