The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting complex server environments, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, disaster recovery initiatives, and enterprise security standards.
H-1B Visa Consideration
Qualified candidates requiring H-1B visa transfer will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments across multiple facilities.
* Perform server provisioning, configuration, patching, monitoring, and performance optimization.
* Administer virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi/vCenter and Hyper-V.
* Manage storage infrastructure including SAN, NAS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel environments.
* Oversee enterprise backup and recovery operations.
* Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of server infrastructure.
* Implement and maintain security controls, operating system hardening, access management, and vulnerability remediation.
* Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with internal and external security requirements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex server-related incidents.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Lead server modernization, upgrade, and infrastructure improvement projects.
* Develop and implement automation and performance enhancement initiatives.
* Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise server, storage, and backup environments.
* Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale server infrastructure across multiple locations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must not be currently enrolled in a secondary education institution (high school or equivalent).
* This position is fully on-site and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
