2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency) Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Certification in BLS or ACLS DEA registration (or eligibility) Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll Excellent oral and written communication skills Comfortable with EMR systems (Athena preferred) Why Join Us?
