Full-Time Physical Therapist Falcons Landing - Potomac Falls, VA Overview Position Type Full Time Description Functional Pathways is currently hiring for a Full-time Physical Therapist treating patients at Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA and Potomac Place in Woodbridge, VA. PT will treat 3 days per week at Falcons Landing and 2 days per week at Potomac Place. Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities, a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and a dedicated, resilient population. Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations. Active state license required. Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines. Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
