To elevate the systems that power trusted decision-making, the full-time Senior Staff Data Engineer will define platform standards, lead complex cross-domain initiatives, and shape the future of analytics and data infrastructure in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities
Architect and improve orchestration, monitoring, and data reliability systems Define modeling, semantic layer, and governance standards across teams Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize and future-proof the data platform
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Backend Software Engineering Expert SQL skills with strong proficiency in Python or similar languages Deep experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar data warehouses Hands-on experience with dbt and orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster Experience implementing secure data access patterns in regulated environments
