Supporting a program onsite in Pensacola, FL, the full-time Jr. Content Tester will validate, test, and document digital training content and applications within a VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment to ensure functionality, accessibility, and compliance for a Navy client. Key responsibilities
Execute functional, usability, and content validation testing within VMware Horizon VDI environments Document test procedures, results, defects, and recommended corrective actions while collaborating with technical teams Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor content performance to identify compatibility issues across virtual desktops
Required qualifications
Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain one CompTIA Security+ certification or a qualifying Bachelor's degree in a related field High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in Content Testing and Quality Assurance Experience with Technical Documentation Review and User Acceptance Testing
