A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate I to manage the intake of new referrals for diabetic medical equipment and supplies. Key Responsibilities
Reviews new referrals for diabetic testing and equipment supplies, verifying patient demographics and insurance information Manages patients through medical records retrieval, prior authorization submissions, and shipment processes Maintains communication with manufacturer partners and provides customer service throughout the intake process
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Healthcare industry and/or sales experience highly preferred Working proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CRM platforms Experience with Salesforce, inContact, EHR, and payer portals preferred Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
