Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills. Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide insights and training to patients and their families on therapy practices to facilitate ongoing recovery at home. Monitor Progress and Adjust Treatment: Keep track of clinical developments and adapt therapies as necessary to ensure patients achieve their objectives. Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Post-graduate certifications and continued professional development are encouraged and supported. Licensure and Accreditation
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT certification is mandatory. Essential Skills
