Unit Manager Responsibilities As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the LPN/RN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care. Your role will encompass a range of vital tasks, including:
Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders

Requirements We're seeking candidates with:
Active RN or LPN License in the State of Georgia Prior working experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting Ability to give direction and motivate a team
