Generate and qualify new leads through field visits, referrals, and local community engagement Conduct property assessments and recommend customized service solutions Present proposals, explain service programs, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets Collaborate with branch management to align sales efforts with operational capacity Track leads, appointments, and conversions using CRM tools (HubSpot or Real Green) Follow up promptly on quotes and customer inquiries to maximize close rates Perform outreach via phone and in-person visits to retain customers and strengthen relationships Represent the company professionally at community events and homeowner associations Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication
Requirements
2+ years of field or outside sales experience (home services or related industry preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Experience with CRM systems and mobile sales tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
