Manage daily sales counter operations and maintain strong customer relationships Greet and assist customers professionally in person and by phone Accurately pull, stage, and process will-call orders Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with internal teams and carriers Prepare and ship small packages using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and customer-facing area Communicate effectively with sales, warehouse, and shipping teams to resolve issues and ensure order accuracy Identify and escalate customer or order discrepancies in a timely manner Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and operational efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs

Position Qualifications
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification provided as needed) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Proficient in computer systems, order processing, and shipping software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maneuver dollies, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy Positive, "can-do" attitude with strong interpersonal skills Ability to demonstrate and support a collaborative, respectful, and engaged workplace Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a combination of office, sales counter, and warehouse/manufacturing environments Exposure to moderate noise levels, warehouse equipment, and varying temperatures Requires frequent interaction with customers, delivery drivers, and internal teams Overtime may be required during peak business periods
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 pounds Repetitive use of hands for data entry, order processing, and material handling Visual and auditory ability sufficient to operate equipment and communicate effectively
