What You'll Do Lead from the Front
Work closely with AEs on real deals, calls, and objections Run effective pipeline and deal reviews Jump in to help close deals when needed
Coach and Develop Talent
Conduct regular call reviews and 1:1 coaching Build onboarding and ramp programs Turn underperformers into contributors or make clear decisions
Build a High-Performance Team
Recruit and hire strong AEs as we scale Set clear expectations and performance standards Create an environment where top performers thrive
Drive Results with Data
Track and improve conversion rates across the funnel Identify performance gaps and act quickly Maintain a strong command of team metrics
Partner Across the Business
Provide feedback to marketing and product based on real customer conversations Advocate for what the sales team needs to succeed Align with leadership and drive execution with the team
What Success Looks Like
You're a visible, active presence on sales calls, demos, and coaching sessions daily The AE team consistently exceeds goals through improved confidence, skill, and execution Activity levels are high and conversion rates steadily climb Collaboration between AEs, Marketing, and Sales Ops improves pipeline quality and close rates Team morale is high, accountability is clear, and performance is consistently rising
What We're Looking For
510+ years in sales, with experience leading AEs in a SaaS or transactional environment Proven ability to coach reps and improve performance Strong sales skills you can sell, not just manage Experience hiring and ramping successful sales talent Data-driven and execution-focused Positive, resilient, and comfortable holding a high bar
