Give medications safely and accurately Check on residents' health and report changes Assist the care team with daily care tasks Support residents and their families with compassion Help maintain a warm, welcoming environment for everyone
What We're Looking For
Active LPN license in good standing Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and a caring attitude Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
