Hybrid position: 4 days in office | 1 day remote Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Education, Licensure, and Certification: Bachelor's Degree from accredited school of nursing. Current MD RN License or multi-state or compact required Experience and Qualifications: 5 years minimum as RN | 3 years of care management. Managed Care experience preferred Community-based acute care setting experience preferred Experience with EPIC | Compass Rose highly preferred

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
