Title: Pharmacy Technician Position Status: PRN (as needed; 0 fte) Non-Exempt (Hourly) Location: Crookston Schedule: Variable shifts. Days, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays. Pay Range:
Non-Certified Pharmacy Technician ($18.85 - $26.40); Certified Pharmacy Technician ($21.89 - $30.65) - (DOE - based on experience)

The Pharmacy Technician position provides individuals with an opportunity to work in a growing healthcare field focusing on the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of healthcare and positively impacting the lives and health of others.
Primary Responsibilities: RiverView Health operates an inpatient hospital pharmacy and a retail pharmacy. Duties include inputting prescriptions into the computer, preparing, and processing medications for final check by a Pharmacist, IV preparation, inpatient dosage preparation, medication distribution, and much more. Other Responsibilities: Inventory management, quality Improvement, medication recalls. Qualifications Required: Applicants must be 18 years of age. High School graduate or equivalent is required. Registration with Minnesota Board of Pharmacy is required. PTCB Certification is preferred.
Preferred(s): 1+ years’ experience in Hospital or retail pharmacy setting. Certified Pharmacy Technician experience.
Competencies required for this role: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Collaboration and teamwork, supporting team goals. Attention to detail demonstrating accuracy in preparation and documentation. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
