Promote compost, mulch, fertilizer, and landscaping products to residential, commercial, and construction clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with landscaping contractors, design teams, and customer accounts. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase product value. Support clients with landscaping design expertise and product knowledge. Manage customer meetings, site visits, and product sampling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
Education and Experience
Background in landscaping, horticulture, compost culture, or related fields (degree preferred). 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (field sales experience ideal). Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills. Knowledge of landscaping design and applications is a strong plus. Must be located in the DFW area with ability to travel locally for client visits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of horticulture, soil, fertilizer, and compost applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships. Self-motivated with initiative and follow-through in field sales.
